Hyalucera Moisturizer Gel

An ultra-budget, highly viral clear gel moisturizer. It is essentially a thick humectant serum marketed as a moisturizer. Because it contains virtually zero occlusive lipids or heavy silicones, it is phenomenal for hyper-oily skin in the Malaysian heat. However, it completely fails as a moisturizer for dry skin, as it cannot prevent water evaporation.
